The College of Design, Construction and Planning is a dynamic College with many areas of specialization to fit your interests. There are six units within our college, each with its own culture and research focus: the School of Architecture, the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction, the Departments of Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, and the DCP Doctoral Program.

Undergraduate Admissions
Undergraduate admissions are handled directly with the UF Office of Admissions.Once you are at UF, meet with an academic advisor and plan out the courses you need to take during your first couple of years. In addition to graduate and undergraduate degrees, individual schools and departments offer distance education programs, combined degrees, dual degrees, certificate programs, and academic minors.
Graduate Admissions
The graduate admission process involves two offices, the UF Office of Admission and a school or department. Admissions into our master’s and doctorate programs are done primarily at the school/department level. The academic units are responsible for all admissions decisions. Prospective graduates have specific admission requirements and application deadlines that vary by academic unit. To be admitted to graduate study in a given academic unit, the prospective student must satisfy the requirements of the unit as well as those of the Graduate School. Admission to some programs is limited by the resources available.
