Deadlines

Please contact any of the directors via e-mail as soon as possible if you are considering submitting an application. After an initial conversation, you will be asked to submit two letters of recommendation by the beginning of February as part of the formal program application. A deposit of $250 is due upon acceptance by 01 March, which is applied towards the final payment. This application fee is NOT refundable. The balance of the course fees is due by 01 May, prior to the trip.
