2. Individual Student Assessments:                                                            
    1. Complete the requirements for the baccalaureate degree, as determined by faculty.  
    2. Pass the CLAST examination before the beginning of Tracking Term 5.
    3. Performance Based Capstone Course utilizing Construction Project Simulation
    4. BCN 4753 students complete the Bus. And Fin. Mgmt portion of the Florida Contractors' Exam
    5. Students complete financial analysis and construction loan applications
    6. Internship Assessment reports are provided by student employers
    7. Alumni Surveys used to determine program weaknesses and proposed revisions
    8. BCN Advisory council provides annual review of curriculum and provide feedback on students
    9. Successful utilization and interpretation of the Florida Building Code in classroom tests and reports
    10. Required student presentations and written reports
    11. Industry focus groups are used annually to assess current courses 
    12. Formal student presentation requirements; Field trip and reports; Professional memos and letters
