For registration fees, deadlines and other information, please click here. Refund requests must be submitted prior to June 9. Please use the refund request form. There is a 50 (USD) cancellation fee. After June 9, there are no refunds.

Hotel Registration – Hotel reservations will be made directly with the Chicago Marriott Downtown. In order to get the group rate, use this link to register online. The group code is iphipha.
This IPHS group room rate ($169 plus tax ) is available to you three days before
and three days after the IPHS conference based on available rooms at the
Marriott. The same room rate is available for the ACSP-AESOP 2008 Joint
Congress scheduled in the same hotel July 6-11, 2008. If your travel plans
require an extended stay at the hotel, feel free to access the reservation
site for the Joint Congress.
